Living at Tiverton Road has been a really smooth and comfortable experience, and I truly appreciated how responsive and helpful you were whenever anything came up. I’m now heading back to Chile, but I’ll look back on my time in Birmingham with great memories — and part of that was thanks to having such a reliable and kind landlord.

The house is also in great condition, with everything properly maintained by Laurence. Whenever we faced any issues whether on weekdays or weekends Laurence was always available and made sure the issue was resolved promptly. If there were an award for the best landlord in Selly Oak, Laurence would be a true contender and I'm not even exaggerating.

We have lived at our Starfish property for just over a year now and are planning on staying for another year. We have had a fantastic experience with Starfish Properties and would highly recommend to any other students looking for houses near to university. Communication has always been prompt and efficient, with any questions or concerns being addressed quickly. Whenever we've raised any issues, they’ve always been resolved without delay, which makes living here stress-free.

Repairs and maintenance are handled exceptionally well, any problems that have been encountered have been fixed swiftly and with good communication to when they are occurring . The house itself is lovely and located in a great area, making it even more of a pleasure to live here. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend to anyone!
